Daljit Kaur brings years of experience supporting individuals through yoga therapy, emotional wellness practices, breath awareness, relaxation techniques, and mind–body healing approaches.

Having worked closely with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, body stiffness, and nervous system imbalance, her approach goes beyond simply teaching yoga postures.

Special attention is given to understanding the comfort levels, health concerns, and emotional well-being of participants so the practice remains safe, supportive, and healing-oriented.

Rather than pushing the body aggressively, the sessions encourage women to practice gently, mindfully, and with greater awareness of their body and emotional state.

What Makes These Sessions Different

These are not fast-paced or fitness-oriented yoga classes. The sessions are designed as a supportive wellness space where women can gradually:
