No. You can come as you are. We help you understand what you’re experiencing.
Can we get over our negative emotions like anger or fear?
Yes, with increased self awareness about our emotions we can get over them.
Are sessions online or in person?
Most sessions are conducted online. Limited in-person sessions are available in New Delhi.
Is this a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment?
No. This work is supportive and complementary in nature.
Can I work on healing myself even when I am on psychiatric medication?
Yes we can work on healing. However, the starting, stopping and dosage of any medication is done by your doctor only.
