Healing With Param did not begin as a business.
It began during one of the most uncertain phases of our lives.
When Daljit went through a serious health condition and surgery, we found ourselves searching—not just for physical recovery, but for deeper healing.
That search led us to yoga.
Yoga led us to the mind.
And the mind led us to emotions.
What started as a personal need slowly became a lifelong journey into understanding how human beings truly heal—not just physically, but emotionally and internally.
As our understanding deepened, we felt a natural urge to share what we were learning.
We created a dedicated yoga platform in year 2007 to make these practices simple and accessible for beginners - Yoga for Beginners: A Practical Guide—where we shared foundational knowledge, guided practices, and insights from our journey.
This became one of the first steps in sharing our learning and supporting others.
As we explored yoga and mind-body practices, we began experiencing something deeper:
Healing was not just about techniques.
It was about awareness.
It was about emotional safety.
It was about feeling understood.
Over the years, we immersed ourselves in multiple healing modalities—combining traditional wisdom with modern psychological understanding.
With over 19 years of experience, our journey has included:

Through years of practice and working with people, one truth became clear:
